Brooke Barker’s new book Sad Animal Babies and upcoming book tour sound smashing.
MOVIES:
The new documentary Free Solo, which is “about this guy who basically climbed El Capitan without any ropes or gears of any kind”;
The documentary New Wave: Dare to Be Different about history-making radio station WLIR, now on Showtime.
TV:
The original ‘60s run of The Prisoner is now on Amazon Prime. Ditto for the classic series Peter Gunn;
The return of The Good Place;
The Netflix sci-fi series Travelers, starring Eric McCormack;
PODCASTS:
The ‘80s All Over Again podcast from fellow pop-culture enthusiasts Drew McWeeny and Scott Weinberg;
Karina Longworth’s classic Hollywood podcast You Must Remember This.
EVENTS/MISCELLANY:
The Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors exhibit (now at the Cleveland Museum of Art) and the new film about her;
